📜 COURSE STRUCTURE – PADI RESCUE DIVER & EFR CERTIFICATION
The PADI Rescue Diver Course is structured to include both theoretical learning and hands-on rescue exercises to develop your confidence, awareness, and emergency response skills.
📌 Duration: 4 Days of Training (Monday – Thursday)
Day 1-3: Rescue Diver Course – Self-rescue, recognizing & managing diver stress, emergency response techniques, unconscious diver procedures, and simulated rescue scenarios.
Day 4: Emergency First Response (EFR) Training – CPR, rescue breathing, wound care, illness & injury assessment, drowning response, and emergency action plans.

Rescue Divers may take part in additional dives beyond the course requirements, including:
✔ Fun Dives – Enjoy recreational dives after completing training exercises.
✔ Observation Dives – Assist instructors in monitoring introductory divers.
