PADI Rescue Diver & EFR Course – The Ultimate Step in Diver Safety
Duration: 4 Days
Becoming a PADI Rescue Diver means developing the skills and awareness needed to prevent, manage, and respond to diving emergencies—both underwater and on the surface. This course is designed to enhance your confidence, problem-solving abilities, and overall safety as a diver.
The Rescue Diver Course teaches you how to handle real-world diving emergencies, assist fellow divers in distress, and improve your situational awareness to prevent small issues from turning into major problems. You will train in a combination of theory sessions and hands-on rescue exercises, learning self-rescue techniques, underwater and surface rescue skills, and how to effectively coordinate emergency responses.
The course can also be combined with Emergency First Response (EFR) certification, covering CPR and basic first aid. If you already hold a first aid certification from another recognised organisation, we can review and approve it based on PADI requirements.

Rescue Diver Course Structure
Duration: Minimum 3 days of theory and in-water training (can be extended at the instructor’s discretion)
Focus Areas: Self-rescue, recognising and managing stress in other divers, emergency response techniques, assisting unconscious divers, rescue procedures, and in-water rescue scenarios
Extra Dives Included! Based on the daily schedule, Rescue Divers may take part in additional dives beyond the course requirements—including fun dives and observation dives where they assist in supervising other divers or monitoring introductory divers in training. These extra dives are included at no additional cost and offer valuable real-world experience. (Availability depends on the day’s dive plan.)

Emergency First Response (EFR) Course
EFR is not just for divers—it’s designed for anyone who wants to learn essential first aid and life-saving skills such as CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
Duration: 1 day
Topics Covered:
🔹 Drowning response and rescue techniques
      🔹 Bandaging and wound care
🔹 Rescue breathing & chest compressions
🔹 Assessment of illness and injuries
🔹 Emergency action plans and much more
No Age Limit: Anyone interested in first aid and emergency response can join.
Certification Validity: 2 years (must be renewed to stay updated with the latest safety standards).

Why Take This Course?
