Below are the Cancellation & Refund Terms based on the agreement:
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your holiday, you must send an email to info@elitedivingcentre.com.tr or contact us via WhatsApp at +90 533 694 30 00.
📌 Within 8 Days of booking date:
1️⃣ You can cancel without providing a reason and receive a 100% full refund.
2️⃣ You can change your travel date.
- If you choose a date with the same price, no extra payment is required.
- If you select a higher-priced date, you must pay the price difference.
- If you choose a lower-priced date, no refund will be given for the difference.
📌After 8 Days from booking date:
- 40% of the total holiday price will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to the participant.
🔹 Important Notes:
Refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days and will be transferred back to the original payment method.
Flight ticket refunds are subject to the airline’s policies and cancellation penalties.
